Suleman Shah | Partner

Suleman is a Partner at Khepri, who leads the corporate services team, bringing him over two decades as a seasoned Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Khepri, he founded Nestor UK Consulting, an Accounting and Corporate Secretarial Business in the UK. 

Previously, Suleman worked with BDO Pakistan and Grant Thornton Kuwait, and possesses an extensive and diverse skill set in accounting, audit, reporting, valuations, financial modelling, business setup, corporate secretarial, and deal structuring. Suleman is adept at navigating the complexities of both regulated and non-regulated entities across diverse international landscapes.

Suleman also worked with Big-4 firms on valuations and strategic buy & sell side transactions. Furthermore, he had experience in launching VC Fund structures in Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands.
