Gauri Shanbhag | Partner, Fund Administration

Gauri is a Partner at Khepri, where she leads the fund accounting and administration team. She is responsible for developing a strong support to all of Khepri’s Venture Capital clients in providing investor onboarding, due diligence and financial reporting solutions.

She is a CIMA qualified professional with 14-years extensive experience in fund management of open and closed ended funds across various asset classes in multiple jurisdictions, including hedge, debt, private equity funds. Her proficiency extends to middle & back office process and controls, coupled with profound knowledge of complex fund structures and accounting standards.

Prior to joining Khepri, Gauri worked at IQEQ and Apex. She holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.

In her free time, Gauri enjoys spending time with her two daughters, reading, hiking, solo travelling, exploring new places, and meeting new people.
